I used to work like this years ago on a middle position. It was a struggle and although money was a good motivation, I quit one of the companies after 3 months and stayed with the second company for 4+ years.

I guess nearly impossible to have 2 full-time jobs for senior-lead level. At least I can't imagine my current workload multiplied and I remain sane :D
